Club Chair Lee Murphy said “It’s a great result for us that a company like Sewell on the go are willing to support our event and reflects their commitment to community initiatives and particularly getting young people involved".

"It’s a big ask for us to run this event and the fact that a major Hull business is supporting us makes it a lot easier to run and is a sure sign they trust us to do a good job."

"Girls football is growing and we want as a club to be able to provide a safe fun environment for the girls to get involved. We have been really pleased with the take up for the day but we still have some spaces left!"

Sewell on the go, part of the Sewell group, operate 13 forecourts across Hull and East Yorkshire including the South Cave and Hull West locations. Murphy continued "We can only offer our thanks to Patrick Sewell and the company for continuing to support the club and these local initiatives."
